I cannot play Two Point Hospital after installing it through EA Play Pro

I recently purchased a ea play pro membership and bought two point hospital with it and attempted to play it but I can't seem to go any further than opening the first hospital. I cannot move the screen the moment I get there. It doesn't go through the tutorial I've seen in youtube videos explaining how to do anything in my hospital. I've tried repairing my game, uninstalling than reinstalling and now I'm out of ideas. It completely freezes gameplay. I can open the tabs at the bottom left and look at everything I can buy but I can't actually buy it. I cannot open the objectives menu or actually play the game. I don't know what's wrong or why I cannot play but is there a way this can be fixed?
