I can't change my EA play account!!!!

Hello EA Play, I bought my PlayStation 5 game console from someone who used it before, the person I bought it from had an EA play membership open and there was no problem, moreover, I renewed my 1-year membership with my own credit card, but for the last 1 month, every time I enter the fc25 game, it asks for subscription verification and I cannot play my game in any way, I cannot reach the friend I bought it from, I set up my own eaplay, I cannot use it because it says you cannot use it because it is connected to that friend's account, please help me.
