I can't play games that I've already have in library after EA Play Pro expired

My EA Play Pro membership has expired recently. I already have Battlefield V in my library before I started my EA Play Pro membership. (BFV is still in my library I've no problem about that)

After EA Play pro expired, I can't play Battlefield V. An error message comes out and it says "you've to renew your membership". I'm sorry?? I already had this game while I was starting my membership. Why do I have to renew my membership to play a game that I already have in my library before??

I cleared cache. I deleted the game and downloaded it again. But it isn't still fixed. I tried everysingle thing that I can do, I hope mods can solve this problem asap. Because if I've that issue, I'm hundred percent sure about that there're a lot of players which have that issue also.

  • If you've managed to contact EA Help Support and they made the necessary changes, now you will need to make sure all files from the old install are wiped from your PC.

To delete them, you can try using CCleaner to clear out issues and errors.

For instructions on how to use Ccleaner to uninstall apps, click here.

While we suggest using CCleaner, EA does not provide user support for this program–use it at your own risk. Please follow any installation guides straight from CCleaner when installing and performing program set-up. You can find help on CCleaner’s support page.

Once that's done, please restart your PC and try reinstalling the game.

    I hope this helps!

    Hey there,

I'm sorry to hear you can't play your games after EA Play has expired. If you're still unable to launch the games after clearing cache and redownloading the game, please contact EA Help Support as they will need to take a look at your account.

    Thanks!
