I have ea play pro, but in the EA DESKTOP APP i can not download EA FC24.

Question

I have ea play pro since 19/09/2023 (i normally can play ea fc 24 and get rewards), but in the EA DESKTOP APP i can not download EA FC24. (look picture, i live in belgium, eu-account but just changed the language to Portuguese)
