I have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, but EA Play isn't working

I have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, but EA Play isn't working. I have a GAME PASS ULTIMATE whenever am trying to install the EA games in XBOX it takes me to EA app and still EA tells me to buy the game.

    Hi there, @theroshx5137 

    Have you checked to make sure your subscription is current? If that's not the issue, try installing the game through a web browser at xbox.com. You should be able to initiate the install from there.
