I was charged but its still saying i have to subscribe

    @MartinJam912 

    From your PS4 main menu, head to Settings-> Account Management-> Account Information-> PlayStation Subscriptions. If you're not seeing an active EA Play membership listed here, then it sounds like you may have bought EA Play for PC instead.

    You can check your EA account for a PC membership by looking under the EA Play tab here. If you're seeing a PC membership on your account instead, you can contact live support to get this membership cancelled and have them check your refund eligibility- please reach out to live support by submitting a help request on the site here

    Hello @Bluffedem 

    It sounds like you may be logging in with the incorrect EA account- let's check that your PSN ID is linked up properly by looking over your connected accounts section here.

    If you're not seeing your PSN ID attached there, that means you're currently logging in with the incorrect EA account. You'll need to find the EA account that your PSN ID is currently linked with, and login with those EA account details instead.
