Is it legal to buy an EA Play Pro subscription using a VPN? Are there any risks

Is it legal to buy an EA Play Pro subscription using a VPN? Are there any risks of ban? If there is a ban risk, will the account be re-used?

    Hey @sezeraktasli98 using a VPN to purchase games or memberships can result in your account being actioned. 

    If becoming a member of EA Play I would recommend that you ensure that you are doing it from the country where you live.

    I am from Turkey and we use Lira as currency. We are having difficulty purchasing games from EA countrywide. Will there be no exchange rate changes? Even Blizzard allows us to use a Russia VPN. I wouldn't be able to play Call of Duty without Blizzard. Buying Battlefield is so difficult that I'll be playing Call of Duty instead of Battlefield soon.
