Issues with PayPal during subscription purchase

EA_Barry​ I need someone to check with sales team!!! I cannot by your product from Armenia using card linked to PayPal issued by Armenian bank!!! EA support is useless!!!

EA_Barry​ By the way I tried to purchase on other platform using my PayPal account and it went smooth. So the issue is clearly on EA side.

EA_Barry​ I already went through those steps and no luck :( And as I mentioned the only available payment method for my region is PayPal. I will be really happy if EA make the direct credit card method available for this purchase.

You may need to use another card/payment method, check the following info on PayPal payments: 

There are a few common issues that could be preventing your purchase from going through:

• The name on your EA Account billing information doesn’t match the name on your PayPal account. Try updating your name so that it matches exactly.
• Your PayPal account is registered in a different country from your EA Account. Update the two so they match.
• The PayPal payment confirmation has timed out.
• There aren't enough funds in your PayPal account and no bank card is linked to it to pay the difference.

PayPal also lists payment statuses you can use to diagnose what’s going on if you’re having problems.
