My trial will not start on Xbox series X. I have an active ea play membership, when I go to the store and search for madden. It gives me two options. Manage( you own this) or Free trial with EAPLAy. When I select free trial it brings me to the EAPLAy app with the manage subscription box outlined in green. Game never starts up. Any ideas to troubleshoot ? I have did a hard restart on the Xbox twice already.

Are you still having any trouble installing the trial? If so, what happens if you try adding it through the Xbox website instead of on the console itself? Does it let you install it that way?
My game freezes and and Xbox(next gen) resets every 15 minutes.

Yeah I’ve done all of those things except uninstall and reinstall...it’s literally unplayable...I’m playing the trial trying to figure out if I want to buy it
I am still having the same issue as OP. I click Free Trial on the Microsoft store (on Series X) and it brings me to the EA Play screen with no other option. Also Xbox website does have ANY option for a free trial.

Is the EA Play membership set up on your own Xbox Gamertag, or are you using it from a different Gamertag on the same console?
