Good afternoon, thank you very much for your response. However, even when I delete the Showcase version from my PS5, I still get an error in the PS Store. Is there any other way to resolve this issue?

Please double check if there's still any saved data of the game in your device and restart the device. If the problem persists, I suggest that you contact EA Help so they can check your account.
