but im paying the whole $30 when i buy the subscription? its not like im paying $2 a month, i pay the full subscription fee, when its time to renew and no money was in the prepaid card just cancel the subscription?
I am trying to cancell this prescription. my brother passed away and I cant find out wich account pogo.com or E A account. They took money Dec 24. I thought I cancelled the 1st week in december. Please some one help them to stop taking money out of his account
I have this same problem. says it won't accept a pre-paid card. my card is not pre paid. so I gave up and will no longer purchase anything from EA. really bad customer service.
i have the same problem with my debit card, it most definitely is not a prepaid card
Community ManagerHey @Nejaa_H_thefirst you need to have a credit card linked to your account. I believe that a VISA debit card will also suffice.

i guys dont really read the messages you reply to, i said it is NOT a prepaid card it is a debit card, and mastercard is on your list of accepted cards, and it doesnt matter i got it figured out on my own, have a different problem now, but with the way your team handled this issue i have no confidence it will be solved either
Community ManagerHey @Nejaa_H_thefirst without providing all the info we can only make educated guesses, saying it is a debit card means that we assume that it is an ordinary bank debit card.
If having an issue the more info you can share the better.

WHAT IF A PERSON WANTS THE SUBSCRIPTION FOR 1 MONTH? What is this limitation that makes zero sense?
It's really scummy to do that. How hard is it to just accept prepaid cards for subs? Other apps Like YouTube and it works just fine. I go buy a prepaid card every month at my refill time. Easy peasy. You're missing out on people's money with your company's greed. Maybe downsize if you can't pay your staff without robbing people.
I'm thinking this is THEFT strategy by such companies, they want the card with money so it automatically subscribes you when you forget to cancel. it just takes the money. seems to be a KEY way they make a lot of money this way through unwanted subscriptions. Imagine the card holder is dead, so it just keeps eating that money.
