If you have linked your Amazon account to a different EA account then you will need to unlink it from that EA account before you can link it to another.

it says in that link to click on twitch but im trying to unlink this ea account that doesnt exist/ either that or ive linked it to my fifa 20 account by mistake i think ive entered the wrong email for the ea account when trying to link it to amazon prime because the prime gaming packs dont show up

Try logging into EA with the email and password you used, it may have created a new account for you.
