refund request

I was unaware of the monthly payment schedule. I was going to cancel my membership anyway. I would like to ask you to cancel my membership and pay the fee. Could you please help?

    To get your membership cancelled and check your refund eligibility, you'll want to speak with the live support team so they can look into your account's billing information.

    Look, I am not on the same boat as the op but please if somone can just guild me in the right direction; I double subscribed to eaplaypass/xbox...so that message kept popping up so i finally took care of it yesterday. Long story short, I was going to get a refund of the difference if i upgraded so I did. ON the bill it stated that i was being refunded 11.47 so i put my card infomation in, and instead I got charged for a new subscription when my subscription isn't even up yet. The refund when to the card it intially came from; which by the way isn't on file anymore, I canceled my subscription that it had made, as soon as i saw the negative in my account, and now my accounts in negative and I can't get in touch with anyone. I did not want to renew my subscription until october due to the fact that I don't have the funds to pay 119 for an annal pass right now as would do it later. Please Please someone; my anxiety levels are sky rocket and on top of that I can not pay for this. It needs to be taken care of. I have children. PLEASE PLEASE CONTACT ME

    So sorry to hear about the double-charge and refund issues with your membership! Here on AHQ, we don't have access to your account or billing information, so we wouldn't be able to get a refund processed here or cancel the membership for you. You'd need to speak with live support so they can take a look with you and get this sorted.
