The purchased game was not launched, why can't I get a refund?
如图所示，即使游戏尚未启动，我的账单也不支持退款。 未启动的游戏可以在 14 天内退款，那么为什么会显示没有符合退款条件的游戏呢？ 有人可以告诉我如何获得退款吗？
