This Game is Unavailable You are not eligible to play this game Why is this happening? ive used app recovery and restarted the app and PC several times. I'm trying to install BF1 after getting EA p...

    @Striker10125995 we may want to try reaching out to an advisor to look at your account at help.ea.com to see if there are any issues with the EA account.

@Striker10125995 hey, had the same issue. how i fixed this was using a vpn, changing the country to somewhere else like the US, or canada, & i was able to start the download. i then turned off the vpn & was able to continue the download normally

Thanks for sharing that @PlutolsHere. That a VPN worked would point to a network or ISP issue. May be worth having a word with them if you see it again.
