Unable to download EA Play games on PS4/PS5
hello!
im on PS5 in Turkey. Buy EA play and try to download it takes two (because everywhere on WEB they said full game include in subscription), but I can't do this.
PS Store have just 1 option...

Good morning:
I have subscribed to EA Play for a month to play Mass Effect Legendary Edition but when I go to the PlayStation Store to download it I don't get the option to download but only the option to buy it with a 10% discount.
I have contacted the chat and they have recommended me to restore the licenses and change the region but neither of these things have worked.
They haven't given me any solution other than to wait and ask here and that's why I'm writing, I have subscribed basically to play this game and I can't and I need a solution.
My region is Spain and I'm trying to download it from a PS5.
