unauthorized subscriptions

I lost access to an email associated with an account that had EA play PRO active, i kept getting unathorized charges from EA play PRO. it happened again today so i tried to change my email again and they FINALLY confirmed my identity, but the support refused to refund me the unauthorized charges, even though i couldnt cancel the subscription that i DID NOT WANT ANYMORE, and i wasnt even able to log into the account to play any games. BUT I WAS STILL GETTING CHARGED

    That's the thing, I did that and they told me they couldn't do anything and told me to post it here

    The subscriptions are usually non-refundable as per How to get a refund for EA games

    However, in some cases, they might be able to refund. We wouldn't be able to discuss this any further here as this would require some personal information and that has to be discussed directly with EA Help Support.
