Will I get FIFA 22 with EA Play Pro?

help me pls. im fighting with this game for two hours. Cant make it work. restarted , installed three times

please help me. Im fighting with this game for 2 hours now. INstalled three times, even trial version, the one from ea list and the one i pre order long time ago. Its only pre-downloading and nothing else.

Thank you for letting me know, have you tried clearing the cache and restarting the Origin app?

If it still doesn't work, could you let me know in which region/country you are located? It showed up for me in Ireland about 30 minutes after I received the notification that it was available. 

I have seen some other reports coming in where players cannot download/install the FIFA 22 trial, but I first want to make sure that it doesn't work after performing the troubleshooting that I listed above. 

im at the state that im considering formating pc. Restarted pc, closed origin, relogged like 10 times. Tried few different version of the game. None of them is working.

I have some additional questions for you to help with looking into this:

• Did you try clearing the cache and restarting Origin as I explained in my previous message?
• If it didn't work, could you let me know in which region your Origin Store is located?
• Did you both pre-order the game and have the EA Play Pro subscription?
• Are you trying to get the trial through the EA app or through Origin?

cleared cache, did all the processes with deleting local, origin files etc etc. After rebooting same story,  Still cant play

I did all that and it doesn't work. I am from Romania with preorder and EA Play Pro.

I also have a preorder the Ultimate Edition and EA Play (not PRO) but cannot play FIFA 22, I have it preloaded.

I cleared the cache and i restarted origin. With this restart my fifa 22 got a little update but i still cant play it.

Im from Spain.

I only tried through Origin.

@LoZioTuri it looks like you are trying to access the game through your games library. Could you go to the Store for me and check if you can download FIFA 22 through there?

4th reinstall... Dont know why it says pre-download , not downloading like i saw on someones screen. I dont see aswell tittle "playable" nothing in there.

We've got 2 versions, trial one and ultimate one. For EA Pro users & Fifa 22 Ultimate owners the "ea pro trial version" doesn't show up because if you click that this automatically providing you to main fifa page, so thats why we cant download fifa 22 "trial version" like everybody.

it doesnt matter if i click trial one version, or ea play pro it shows me that i got pre ordered ultimate edition

i also have the same problem, i had ea play from xbox game pass ultimate and i dont see any options to download a game

no matter which version i pick it starts to download ultmate edition
