Thank you for letting me know, have you tried clearing the cache and restarting the Origin app?
If it still doesn't work, could you let me know in which region/country you are located? It showed up for me in Ireland about 30 minutes after I received the notification that it was available.
I have seen some other reports coming in where players cannot download/install the FIFA 22 trial, but I first want to make sure that it doesn't work after performing the troubleshooting that I listed above.
Hi. I also have a preorder and EA Play Pro but cannot play FIFA 22, I have it preloaded.

I have some additional questions for you to help with looking into this:
- Did you try clearing the cache and restarting Origin as I explained in my previous message?
- If it didn't work, could you let me know in which region your Origin Store is located?
- Did you both pre-order the game and have the EA Play Pro subscription?
- Are you trying to get the trial through the EA app or through Origin?

cleared cache, did all the processes with deleting local, origin files etc etc. After rebooting same story, Still cant play

I did all that and it doesn't work. I am from Romania with preorder and EA Play Pro.

I also have a preorder the Ultimate Edition and EA Play (not PRO) but cannot play FIFA 22, I have it preloaded.
I cleared the cache and i restarted origin. With this restart my fifa 22 got a little update but i still cant play it.
Im from Spain.

Clearing cache doesnt solve the problem.
