With Xbox Ultimate Pass EA Play does not show up on ea account

Question

On my ea account xbox account is linked. But I did not see any EA Play on that account even I have a xbox game pass ultimate.

Also EA app on PC does not show up either and also

All Xbox games require to connect EA server are not connecting. It show unable to connect.

Anybody have a same problem?

Hey @boogimea,I am sorry, I am not sure if I understand your issue correctly.You have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate &gt; you have connected your EA account to your Microsoft account where Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is registered on &gt; but when logging into the EA app for Windows, with either your Microsoft Xbox account or your EA account, you don't see the EA Play for PC that you get via Xbox Game Pass Ultimate?

Yes I do not see any EA Play on either my account tab on ea account nor ea windows app.

Also playing games such as Fifa 22 or Madden 22 which require connection to EA servers on my xbox won't work. every time I play on those games on xbox, it show unable to connect to EA server at this time.

Here is what I did.

1 Trying to login EA site va xbox account it game me error messages every time showing "Opps, something went to wrong. Please try back later"

2 So I log in with ea account, and under connection, I did not see any xbox logo nor link button.

3 I was trying to play Fifa 22 on my Xbox, but it keep saying unable to connect to ea server.

4 on Xbox app on pc i click the install button on fifa 22 ,and it redirected to EA app to sign in which i did but it shows me I do not have EA Play.

5 I checked connection tab on ea account and now I see my xbox account there with my gamer tag. but still not showing EA Play

6 I reinstall xbox app, ea app still does samething. I clear cookies on my browser and still can not login in with xbox account on ea site. I factory reset on Xbox and install fifa 22 and madden 22 still can not connect. Any other games require network connection works fine except game which require connection to EA server. I tried wireless and wired connection still not working.

7 I can not unlink my xbox account because It has to be after 6 months.

9 Now I am stuck without any help

I can not figure it out what is wrong. I searched every post regarding this issue still can not find any solution.

@boogimea, it could be that the case that the other issue that you're mentioning, the Unable to connect the EA servers issue, is unrelated to the main EA Play issue that you're experiencing.

Have you checked if your Xbox Live is actually still active? This is normally included in your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership, but all these issues combined allow me to believe that there very well could be an issue from the Microsoft or Xbox side.

Have you already reached out to Microsoft to check if they're able to verify if your Xbox Game Pass membership (etc.) is all set-up correctly and that it should work without issues according to them?

Yes I contacted Microsoft Xbox and they said my account is active with unlimited plan including EA Play.

If it is issue with Xbox then, why only EA games which require connection to EA servers are not working? such as Fifa and Madden. on my PS5 they works fine without any problem.

Also why I do not see EA Play on my ea account?

Hello I am having the same issue on PC!I would appreciate any help with this. I have force closed the app, signed out and back in with no help.
