How did you even get in contact with support? I can't find a way to in regards to this topic.
Go through EA Help and select a game and pick an option that provides a 'chat with us' option, though still haven't got anywhere with them besides "we don't know when it will be okay", "it will be done asap", "personally I think it will be done soon" (it wasn't). Just redirect the conversation to this issue, and I wish you luck. Haven't got anywhere myself and no communication from EA themselves which is terrible - EA Status is still showing no issues lmao.
ppl have that problem from 4 years i dont think so they will fix that to low iq
