Xbox Game Pass + EA Play – Can’t Play Any Game, Asking to Buy Full Version

Hi, I’m having trouble playing any EA Play game through Xbox Game Pass. Every time I try to launch a game, it redirects me to EA Play and asks me to purchase the full version.

My EA account is correctly linked to my Xbox account, and my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription is active. I’ve already tried restarting the apps, uninstalling and reinstalling EA Play and Xbox, but the issue persists.

Has anyone experienced this before and knows how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    I couldn’t find any way to contact support via chat. I also tried solving it by doing the same things you did, but nothing worked...

    I'm having the exact same problem. 

    I've tried to relink and restart xbox. I've tried to launch a game via Xbox. Nothing works. 

    In my EA managed settings I can see that my xbox gamepass account is linked to the EA account. But it is not being recognized on the EA app. It keeps asking me to purchase. 

    Is there any way to reach a person on chat to look into this?
