xbox game pass ultimate

I activated a 2-month Xbox game pass ultimate on my microsoft store, but now i dont have the game pass on the EA-app. It is the same e-mail, but I dont know why i dont have the pass on EA-app.

    @LtBigShrek69 To confirm have you connected your Xbox and EA accounts? Another issue that could be happening is your Xbox and EA accounts can have separate EA accounts. So it's also possible we are signing into an EA account with the same Email but is not the one tied to your Xbox account to get the EA Play Sub.

    I have the a similar problem with nfs heat. I just checked, I have my EA account connected to my xbox account, and I'm using the same accounts on the ea app and xbox cloud gaming
