xbox game pass ultimate
I activated a 2-month Xbox game pass ultimate on my microsoft store, but now i dont have the game pass on the EA-app. It is the same e-mail, but I dont know why i dont have the pass on EA-app.
Hi @LtBigShrek69 You should be able to login to your EA Customer Portal and check under the "Connections" tab to see which accounts and names are connected. If not you can also reach out to our support who will verify your account and check where accounts may be linked.
