Your Xbox and EA Accounts don't match

Well i even can login with the Xbox/microsoft option on the EA Play app and i see my old games.
The only thing that is weird is that when i logged in normaly by E-Mail it wanted me to verify my E-Mail, but i dont get this E-Mail.
BUT if i go to my EA account where the correct E-Mail is already verified and i try to redo the process, i get the first E-Mail to edit my profile (and the code gets accepted), but i dont get the next one.
Something is weird.
But i made sure that my Xbox Live account is connected (since years) with this EA account.
So the only odd thing right now is why i dont get some verification E-Mails, while it definitely is not the wrong E-Mail either.
HELP! :D
