I just received an email from EA Help stating that because the playtest starts tomorrow I can't be a part of it (full email below). This feels arbitrary and I don't see the harm in allowing another person to participate. I went through the effort of immediately clicking the sign up button as soon as I received the link, immediately emailed the playtesting account (multiple times) explaining the issue and came here and posted. I'd really like to be a part of this -- the playtest runs until September 10th so there's still plenty of time. EA_LunardustCat -- are you able to do anything about this?
Many thanks
Michael

Thank you for reaching out to the EA Playtesting Team.
We understand that you received an email inviting you to sign up for the remote Playtest scheduled from August 27 through September 10, but when you select the “Sign Up” link, you are redirected to the general EA Playtesting homepage and cannot find the specific Playtest mentioned in the email.
We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when you received the invitation and are interested in participating.
Please make sure you are signed in to the EA Playtesting Portal using the same EA Account/email associated with the Playtesting invitation:
EA Playtesting Portal:
https://www.ea.com/playtesting
Once signed in, please check your Portal home page for any available Playtests or registration opportunities and ensure that your Playtest Preferences are complete and up to date.
If the specific Playtest is not displayed as an available sign-up opportunity in your Portal, unfortunately, we do not have an alternate registration link that we can provide or a way to manually enroll an individual player into the Playtest.
As mentioned in the invitation, signing up does not guarantee participation. If you successfully register and are selected for the session, the EA Playtesting Team will send a confirmation email with the relevant participation details and instructions.
For additional questions regarding EA Playtesting, you can also use the contact information provided in the Playtesting invitation:

We appreciate your interest and enthusiasm in participating in EA Playtesting and providing feedback on our games.
Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you have the opportunity to participate in an upcoming Playtest.
