EA SPORTS FC™ Play test survey code
Hi, I was invited to take part in the survey and was ensured after 10 days since completing it I would receive the code I chose. I’m yet to receive this and it’s be around 11/12 days

Hi everyone,
I participated in the EA SPORTS FC Pre Alpha Playtest and successfully completed the survey on November 8th.
The instructions stated that a game code would be sent within 10 days of survey completion. It has now been over 10 days, and I have not received the code via email,
Details:
- Playtest: EA SPORTS FC Pre Alpha
- Survey Completed: Nov 8th
- Platform: PlayStation 5
- Issue: Missing game code reward (FC 26 PS5)
I have a screenshot of the "Thank You" confirmation screen from the survey
Could a Community Manager please advise on the status of these codes or if there is a delay with this specific wave?
Yeah everyone is on the same situation. Would be nice to hear anything from EA regarding this...
Amazing to see the growing number of playtester in this same situation and the duration of the SILENCE from EA Support about this issue.

I had the same issue and I couldnt use my product key either.
I've got the exact same thing and I did it at like 10am on the 8th November

Too bad EA supporters are still silent about this issue.
If this has to do with any problem with the third party company who provided the survey, they should at least give us any feedback.Same for me mate ea need to make a statement and not leave the community confused because nobody has it yet
in the same boat now november 26th and still no update
They emailed me and said max December 3rd
