EA SPORTS FC™ Play test survey code

in the same boat now november 26th and still no update

They emailed me and said max December 3rd

Hello guys.

Just to update that as other playtester already reported, i also received an email from EA Playtesting saying that at MAX the code would be sent on 3rd December.

At last some official update, congrats EA. 

Thanks for that clarification,  still annoying as they finally resolved it and said 10 days after the survey was closed which would make it the 29th and now they say the 3rd , I won't be doing anymore play testing as it's just so annoying that we have to go through all this just to get what was promised. 

it seems youre missing the whole point of the test entirely

Apologies for the misunderstanding, and the original email could have been phrased a bit better. But yes, indeed, as LewiEvans62 already shared, the game code reward will be distributed 10 days after the survey closed, which means on December 3rd.

Thank you all once again for participating and sharing your feedback. If you've got anything more you want to share, please be sure to post that in the private FC Playtest forum, as the whole playtest is under strict NDA.

Probably emailed them twice and still nothing. Had an issue with an old test and emailed then too. They NEVER respond to that address. 

So basically we got used for our feedback and they had a breach of contract with us. Any chance the BBB would get involved? This is crazy. 

We talking about not getting any codes nothing related to the game , read the comments properly

And other playtester already reported the same situation.
