EA SPORTS FC™ Play test survey code

Hi, I was invited to take part in the survey and was ensured after 10 days since completing it I would receive the code I chose. I’m yet to receive this and it’s be around 11/12 days

I’m the same , sent 3x emails and not even and reply to acknowledge the query , try the following ; 

playtesting@ea.com

Hopefully they will sent out some communication today.

Probably emailed them twice and still nothing. Had an issue with an old test and emailed then too. They NEVER respond to that address.
