Entered code but can't find game
I entered the code but did not take me to the play test now it says I've already used that code. How do I get to the play test?
Can confirm , it’s under ALL GAMES , go alphabetically to EA SPORT FC PLAYTEST

I also received a Microsoft confirmation email. Can't find the game.
I redeemed the game from the web, but when I opened the console, the game did not start the download, and I couldn't find it in the store.
I tried to redeem it again, now from the console, and I got a message saying the code had already been redeemed.
How do I fix this?
