Entered code but can't find game
I entered the code but did not take me to the play test now it says I've already used that code. How do I get to the play test?
Can confirm , it’s under ALL GAMES , go alphabetically to EA SPORT FC PLAYTEST

I redeemed the game from the web, but when I opened the console, the game did not start the download, and I couldn't find it in the store.
I tried to redeem it again, now from the console, and I got a message saying the code had already been redeemed.
How do I fix this?
CODE REDEEMEED,but game not found.
I downloaded it through my Xbox Series S console.

If you’re on Xbox, under Full Library select Group by letter at the top left and look under E, should see EA Sports FC Playtest.
Not there on ps5
Same for me but it’s showing fc 26 as my most recent purchase, maybe if you already have fc 26 installed it doesn’t show for download?
