ERS Not Working

Summarize your bug ERS no longer activating during races. It will show that it was activated and that it's on but will not actually use it. This happens is all game modes for me. I haven't tried multiplayer with this bug yet so i don't know if it is happening there but on Single player for sure. I have repaired and uninstalled the game but still no luck. This happened a few times a couple weeks ago but it wasn't every race. Now it's every race

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to turn on ERS during race
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing happens aside from not being used
What do you expect to see? ERS being used, at least some power increase, show ERS draining
