f1 24 crashing on starting video

Summarize your bug F1 24 loads 5% of the time. Crashes (not app crash but stops running) on starting intro video.. video jitters alot and then no video output. TV just flicks to "no input on hdmi" kind of message.
What is your 16 digit Report Code? none
What peripherals are you using? Please list the exact make and model. cant get into the game
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? Super Loop
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, lots of online articles about overlays and various PC issues but this is the only game with this issue. F1 23 runs perfectly. No chance of loading in VR, its 10x worse.. but if it does load it plays ok.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game launches (Steam) and black screen / logo comes up. When it flicks to full screen to play the first video, it jitters baddly, then just drops HDMI output. I can still Alt Tab to windows etc which is fine. Go back to F1 and no output.
What do you expect to see? A working game 🙂

I have F1 24 and have only been able to load it a few times (via steam)

Game launches (Steam) and black screen / logo comes up for the 10 seconds or so. When it flicks to full screen to play the first video, it jitters badly, then just drops HDMI output.

I can still Alt Tab to windows etc which is fine. Go back to F1 and no output. 

Application hasnt crashed, just Alt-Tab to it and its got no video output.

Has worked a handful of times

Latest Nvidia drivers, F1 23 out of Steam is perfect, as is every other game.

RTX 4070 Ti

i5-6600

SSD

32GB RAM

Oculus Quest 3 - but not interested in VR at this stage, if you try to load that you're looking at the above problem with a 10x slow down, never loads.
