F1 Crashing on PSN after patch1.16

My F1 24 game that I just downloaded will go to a black screen and crash whenever I try to load it I have verified the integrity of the game files and it says the files failed to validate so I reinstalled the game and it still says that and keeps crashing I have done everything copilot says will solve the issue and still nothing Works.

Same Problem.

Yep having the same problem on PS5 after the recent patch, game keeps crashing out after about 30 seconds.

F1 Game still crashing after patch update on PS5! Any update?
