clean reboot of the pc, reinstalled the game, manual file replacement, sfc scannow in the cmd, and other things that revolve around these that I don't remember now

@miele22kk, thanks for listing the steps. I asked them to make sure we don't ask you to try the same steps again. When you mentioned manual file replacement, which files did you replace? Also, could you please share a DxDiag with us? How to gather information on your PC using DxDiag
I replaced the blink file, but I think it has nothing to do with my problem file. Do you need everything for the dxdiag or just the main information?

@miele22kk If you extract the DxDiag file in a .txt format we should have all the information needed. ok, I solved the problem simply by changing the installation hard disk. But now I have another problem, I load the game and the anti-ceat screen closes and crashes

@miele22kk thanks for letting us know what fixed the other error message.
Now regarding the game crashing after the AC screen. This could be due to some program blocking the AC from running or a permission issue. To make sure there are no programs blocking it, you could try a Clean Boot: How to clean or safe boot your computer & run the launcher and game as admin.
