I just installed the ea app, the f1 24 and fc24 the fc worked well but the f1 is giving me this error "There is a problem with your games setup please reinstall the game" tried deleting cache, installing different versions of vc and dx but just nothing worked. Help please

It is likely you are missing specific files, downloading and installing the following should help:
DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer
If you happen to have an 'N' Edition of Windows, download and run the following Media Feature Pack:
Media Feature Pack for N versions of Windows 10
