Career mode suggestions

What would be nice in career mode, both as a driver and in My Team 2.0, would be to have the option to sign a driver for a shorter period of time, like in real life, for like five races, and then have the option to sign someone else if we're not satisfied with their performance.

What would also be nice in driver career mode is that when you leave F2, you don't have the choice of all the teams, but only a limited number. For example, your academy's choice and maybe one or two others that might have noticed you in F2. It's a bit like when you finish a season and don't have the choice of all the teams.
