An Open Letter to EA Sports Who Persistently Making the Same Mistakes for Years
For years you've been making mistakes in the offline modes of the game that put us off the game because of the focus on the FUT mode only. The game has been released but there is still no official TV broadcast of the Premier League, the most important league in the world. A made-up scoreboard was designed and there is no such scoreboard in real life. Even though it is a licensed league, the jerseys of the Turkish Super Lig teams have been using made-up fonts for years. And this is true for all but 5-6 leagues! EA Sports has been using the same generic fonts in the game since 2004! Yes, you heard that right! For 19 years EA Sports has been using the same generic fonts in a football game!
On top of that, Galatasaray's font, which is normally red, is black in the game. And for those who bought the game in Turkey, you won't be able to see many teams' shirt chest sponsors in the game. And you know what's funny?
Beşiktaş -which is a Turkish team!- normally has Rain as their shirt sponsor. The team plays matches with this shirt sponsor. But those who buy the game from Turkey cannot see Beşiktaş's chest sponsor in the game! Turks are not allowed to see the chest sponsor of a team playing football in Turkey! What a logic!
And things are getting funnier and funnier! Dear EA Sports has removed the match ceremonies from the game! So as a purchaser, you won't be able to see the Champions League ceremony that will motivate you the most when playing a licensed Champions League match! Shut up and just start the match with a center kick! Amazing!
The faces and hair sof many players have not been updated for years! Unlicensed teams are still not allowed to be edited by users like in the PES series! There's this nonsense called club creation, but you can't upload your own logo, jersey and sponsors into the game! Only one thing matters to us, and that's FUT mode, where we make a lot of money!
As someone who will never buy this game again, I'll give you a little reminder that one day these players will get completely bored with this nonsense mode called FUT and you won't be able to make them play it. On that day, all you will need is career mode players, but you will have already lost them all. Keep ignoring the criticism. You will be forced to do dozens and dozens of times more things than you have ever done. And I won't be sorry if one day you go bankrupt and leave the game industry.
