I've seen the Career deep dive and I'd like to ask about some features that me and many other fellow players worldwide have been asking for ages.1) bench size: I don't know what kind of football (soccer) championships the developers are following, but years ago football rules are been updated. They update the number of substitutes on the bench. Having only seven players is very limited, because some good players and young ones couldn't fit in the subs and we have to leave them for the most of the season as reserves. This impact a lot on their average level and mood (they want to go elsewhere), because they have very few chances to play. This could be an easy fix simply letting 10-12 players on the bench. We could also have more choices during the match, also because there are 5 substitutions now and not 3 anymore. I don't think it's too difficult to make this happen, or to adjust the rule for every championship. You did a lot harder stuff, you can update this really bad thing.2) other coaches: It was totally irrealistic that all the coaches of all the teams stay in that team for 10 or more seasons. It's just absdurd. It'd be more realistic if they can be fired and change teams like the players and other staff.Also it's ridicolous that some coaches don't have real nor fake names. We're tired of speaking about "[Napoli coach]" in the interviews instead that with some name and surname guy (even fake it's better than nothing).3) injuries: I hope you put more random injuries during the seasons, because regardless it's bad having an injury it's also part of the game. Since there is the career mode I always been able to complete entire seasons (like 8-10 seasons in a row) with just 3-4 injuries. I know the injuries are bad, but they exist, and if you want to make a game realistic (like Football Manager for the managing mode), you should put more random injuries through the season (even small muscle injuries).4) footballers data: It'd be nice if any player (at least the ones playing in the competitions your team is in during the season) could have a history data with his number of games, goals and assists during that season and past seasons (from the first one you play perhaps). Like the recap we already have for our players in the current season, but for all the players. Does it require too much memory?5) transfers: Maybe you fixed it already. We'd like to have more choices in terms of transfers, like loans with mandatory purchase or the "right to purchase", without any obbligation, and more options for the contracts.6) national teams: Why am I doing interviews before a Coppa Italia match against some Serie B team, and I don't have an interview when I play the World Cup final with my national team?! Come on.We'd really like to speak directly with the development team to ask these things or to understand why they chose to make it like this. You could do the best and most complete football game ever. Come on

We goalkeepers need answers for 2 simple questions1. Has the goalkeeper Pro Camera bug been fixed in player career mode. I have personally made mods improving it for FIFA 22 and FIFA 23 but there are limits to what I can do and this is a £60+, Triple A title. Everyone should agree (including you Community Managers) it would be unreasonable to expect your fanbase to suffer the broken camera for three installments in a row.2. Have you made it so goalkeepers can only be substituted when red carded or injured badly. It should go without saying that goalkeepers rarely get substituted out of a match in real life. Its frustrating and unnecessary that in FIFA 23 we get subbed off during the second half. Again, community managers you should agree that this is something that should be addressed.These two improvements are the absolute bare minimum that should have been fixed. If they haven't been, then you should understand when I say internally a someone or a group of people needs to be reprimanded because goalkeepers should not have to suffer this for a third FIFA in a row.I am the Modder who created the GK Camera FIX mod for FIFA 22 and 23, please don't make me spend more of my precious time improving a feature for free when it should be handled by the paid professionals. I mod out of passion and respect for the effort the devs put into the game, please take these criticisms on the chin, seriously, and fix these two easy to verify and (probably) not too difficult to fix issues.I would appreciate if you could get this info to the devs community managers and a response on here confirming that would be excellent. Thanks for your time.

I completely agree with all the points here!
it needs sorting as soon as possible… I know there are a lot of people that won’t play ultimate team, myself included. I only get this game for career mode but if it doesn’t start improving soon then I will be switching brands as career mode is far better on them as it stands.

I wanted to suggest that there are more options to delegate to the assistant manager. For example when he suggests that you change the training plan of a player instead of having to manually go and do that simply accepting his suggestion and the plan to change automatically. Also before games I enjoy the strategic aspects however I feel some younger players in particular might just want to get into the matches so allowing the assistant manager to make suggestions might fast track that process

I just want 3 things in career mode.
1 : Tracking player data. I want to see how many goals my players scored last season, i want to see how many assists my players gave in previous seasons. Whats the meaning of playing seasons when there is not even a possibilty to check your previous goalscorers?
2 : In each playable competition i want to see a "second division" so there is relegation and promotion in every playable leaque in the game.
3 : Achievments. I would love to see the comeback of achievments you unlock when winning a competition for every playable competition in the game. The achievments now are way to focused on FUT.

Bonjour les passionnés de foot !

Cela fait maintenant plus de 25 ans que je suis les jeux de foot et principalement le mode carrière, je trouve qu'il y a vraiment trop peu d'évolutions pour ce mode et des nouveautés très souvent décevantes. Il y a tant d'idées à chiper sur football manager ou même Pes.

J'aimerais un mode carrière dynamique avec notamment plus d'histoires à raconter, je m'explique :
1) Une vraie personnalitée sur et en dehors du terrain sur les joueurs pour dicter leur avenir et du club
2) Des évolutions de joueurs bien plus aléatoires que ce soit vers le haut ou le bas en fonction de l'âge, des blessures et du club ou il évolue
3) Une vraie liste des transferts comme propose football manager avec des joueurs supposés par le club ou non
- Si un club est supposé jouer les places européennes et échouer, plusieurs joueurs de l'effectif voudront quitter le club,
4) La forme dynamique que propose PES avec les flèches pour réfléchir un minimum sur la composition de départ
5) Des onglets pour retrouver l'histoire des saisons précédentes. (Ballon d'or, Equipe du mois, Equipe de la saison de chaque championnat, Equipe de l'année, etc..)
6) Liste de joueurs avec leur note générale,
7) Le système de rôle d'équipe de Pes est aussi très intéressant avec plusieurs rangs de 'Jeune espoir' à 'Legende'
8) Un système tactique fluide
- Exemple : Passer du 3 5 2 avec la balle à un 4 4 2
9) Retrouver les légendes du foot dans le centre de formation chaque année, (Zidane, Beckham, etc..) puis des joueurs qui part en retraite chaque année.

Beaucoup d'autres idées de carrière encore mais déjà pourquoi pas nous permettant de personnaliser notre encore plus en détail ?

EA Devs please read this I’ve been a loyal career player for at least 9 Fifas in a row. For Manager Career please give us the ability to edit uniforms and players to the full ability, as well as in-depth stats and standings for prior seasons. Those requests are actual new additions not just refined layouts or new colors. This request is a stretch but can you please add diving those 3 additions will really make us career players happy.

I started a career mode yesterday (with a GENERIC Erik ten Hag!!) and I found that players stamina is awful! I was only playing the pre season tournament but I found that I could hardly play the same player in 2 consecutive matches! I hope it isn’t that drastic when I get to the league games

Hello 🙂 since you seem to have been able to play beta. did you notice any improvement with the generic stadiuams ? I'm one of those players that mostly play lower league teams so generic stadiums revamping has been a long time waiting for us I guess...

So I got the beta and started a career mode. Most of it is still the same barring an addition of coaches? Yet to see the benefit of them yet as I'm still in September. Keen to see how the players develop.
But the transfers are just as crazy. They need to be toned down.
I also noticed some players that I've not heard of but are highly rated? A LB was 86 who 19yo playing for Bristol I think it was. A CB in Germany who is also 86 at 19yo and anothrr CM at 85 in the German League too. Maybe they are like eggs in the Beta? But thought it was cool.
But the rest of the menu and game is pretty much exactly as the previous Fifa. Nothing too exciting if I'm honest.

Stadium though. Man I'd be so, so, so happy if they JUST fixed only letting you have a stadium with more than 5K seats if you make your own team. Won the Champions league twice and we're only sitting 4.7K fans XD
