Cross progression
I've bought Playstation 5 and I want to carry my ultimate team progression to PlayStation 5. Is that possible?

do you mean cross progression from PS4 to PS5? If so, thanks to the dual entitlement, you will be able to transfer all your progress in Ultimate Team (including players, items, coins, FC Points, match record, and leaderboard placement), as well as all progression in Volta from PlayStation 4 to PlayStation 5.

If you're trying to switch from a different platform to PS5, you unfortunately won't be able to transfer over any progress.
