Denied access

Hello EA Sports,

I contact you because I´m a bit disappointed with the functioning of EA FC 24 online. Repeatedly in recent weeks in Champions mode there the match was prematurely canceled  even with the match counted as a loss.

And today I was even banned from Champions and Rivals online. This message was displayed "The access to the match has been temporarily disabled, we apologize for the inconvenience. We expect to fix this problem in the near future so please try it again later“.

Please explain why I was denied the access? Given that the Champions play-off mode ended prematurely  it would be fair to compensate for the loss with, for example  a reward as in the case of playing a full post of the Champions match.

Considering that I pay a fee for using the online mode, it would be fair to at least compensate for the outage.
