i bought ea fc 25 ps4 version since dual entitlement means I can use both ps5 and ps4 versions. Still I only see ps5 trial version, not the full one. How to get full ps5 version? The dual entitlement page doesnt have any practical stuff, just claiming it should work somehow.

Okay, since the lack of response, I deleted the ps5 trial. Now it only shows I can download the trial again. Any way to get refund? I'll just buy the ps5 version
