EA play rewards FC24

When will the monthly rewards be available for EA play members? I also have a notification showing an available pack in the store but there is nothing there. Will this be fixed?

@mdfletcher I'm not sure, but I read a post about the missing EA Play welcome pack. In this case, we recommend that you contact EA Support who can help you with this and Carryover rewards earned in Ultimate Team ‘23 will be available in EA SPORTS FC 24 after launch on 12 October 2023. All carryover rewards earned will need to be redeemed within one month by logging in to Ultimate Team in EA SPORTS FC 24 by 12 November 2023. Players who earn carryover rewards but do not log in to their new Ultimate Team before this date will not receive their carryover rewards.

@mdfletcher There's an issue running right now where you can't find their Earned Packs in the store, even though you see a red notification. EA is investigating it.

The EA play welcome pack. Apparently available 22nd September. I also remember some objectives on FIFA 23 UT that gave you rewards on FC 24 which I don’t have either.
