Community Manager
Its not working for me. i have pre ordered the game and the payment has gone thru. it just says preparing, and when its been saying that for around 30 min it says that the download has failed. we have tried on 2 computer and 4 different hard drives all with over 100 gb space left. so pls tell me if anyone knows how to fix this. we have also tried re installing the EA app and also running it in administrator. we have updated the computers to the newest updates on everythiing. we have also tried logging out and back in to the account but, NOTHING WORKS!
