EA sports FC24 Ultimate Team Web app

I was using the web app and I did "Advancing Attack" and "Multi League and Nation" in the SBC Foundations V but today when I logged in I saw that the two challenges I did weren't complete and I have to do it again, I wanted to know if was possible to have something back, the challenges or something else
