EA Support Chat is not showing up

Question

How is the support this busted?&nbsp; I opened a case and was waiting for a chat.&nbsp; I had a 20 minute wait.&nbsp; I went to check on my 1 year old daughter and came back to the case being closed and no there are NO support chat options what so ever.&nbsp; I clicked on resume the case and it was flippin closed.&nbsp; Every. Single. Case. Option.&nbsp; There is 0 support chat options.&nbsp; But guess what?&nbsp; If you are signed out, IT IS THERE.&nbsp; Now here is the real kick in the teeth, in order to have a live chat, it wants you to log in with an account as it will NOT advance.&nbsp; Well guess what?&nbsp; When you sign in, the chat option disappears.&nbsp; How is this support?&nbsp; What in the ever flippin mind is going on when you can't even get ahold of CUSTOMER SUPPORT.&nbsp;&nbsp;

It's only gotten worse as well.&nbsp; When I first actually got into it, there was game commentary but then I noticed the stupid "trial" crap.&nbsp; That started the entire rabbit hole.

The whole EA support is a joke. Trying to raise a case and it just runs you around in circles. You can't raise a case you cant chat with someone because the Chat option for which platform is broken so you can't advance. There's no support.

I want to unlink an account but there's no Unlink box present. There is no support I can just contact, EA is really trying my patience.

EA are a joke, I've been hacked twice and as you've said no option to speak to them about the issue, it won't let me continue to chat about my refund just a "Waiting for player" I've lost 220k, they agreed the first hack of 96k (not received) now its like they have blocked me from talking to them.
