early web and mobile access expired FC 24

Hello, I have for the PC, the Ultimate Edition for EA FC 24 and EA PLAY PRO, now I wanted to log in to the web app for days and there comes the following error message: “ early web and mobile access expired ”

I ask for help, because the customer support in the live chat does not understand my problem and always tells me I have no transfer market on the web app, but that doesn't help me because I can't even get into the web app

In that case, I can only suggest that you continue playing the game on your PC. Also, please do not unlink your platform account until you switch your UT web app to PC as this could permanently block your access on the web app.

If you purchased the membership only recently, please make sure to play more games and spend more time in Ultimate Team. Hopefully, this will resolve the problem. Make sure to check it out on both the UT web app and the companion app on your phone.

I also have the Ultimate Edition, not just EA Play Pro.
I've played over 50 games and spent more than 17 hours in Ultimate Team and nothing happens... It's still the same error

@EA_Pulsar The thing that also puzzles me is: I created a PSN account for Ultimate Team this morning with the same EA email and there I can IMMEDIATELY access the web app, but why not with my PC account

So when you log in to the web app or the companion app with your PSN account, does that now show you the option to switch to PC, or does it display that error when you switch to the PC version of the web app?

@EA_Pulsar When I select my PSN account I get in, but when I want to switch to my PC account in the settings I get the error.

@EA_Pulsar and i have my PC account longer than my PSN acccount, i created the PSN account with my email today just to see if the error comes there too, but no the error only comes on my PC account although i have over 50 games and 20 hours of playtime there

i connected my ea account to my ps account but when i try to open the compaignen app it says "early web and mobile access has expired. you need to login to football ultimate team 24 on your console or pc to continue using this account. your ultimate team club data has been saved and will be available the next time you login"
