FC24 ps4 standard ps5 upgrade not free

I bought the FC24 PS4 standard edition disc, and now got a PS5 console. Although EA say that you get dual entitlement with the game, i am not able to download the PS5 version for free on the PS5 console. Anyone had this problem? How can I upgrade to the PS5 version for free?
