Glitchy EA FC

Why is this game so glitchy I’ve been thrown out of rivals games 3 times now goes straight to Xbox home page and doesn’t give me the win and has the b alls to give me a DNF . With other glitchy things in the menus and then also the app , probably the worst one so far….fifa must of been the mastermind behind it after all
