I need ps plus for all the online services in fc25?

You do need PS Plus to access the online features, but I'm pretty sure you can save career mode just fine as that's an offline game mode that savess locally.

As for the second issue, are you not able to start the game because you're being asked to reset your password constantly? Could you share a screenshot of what you're seeing?
