My request can not be processed when purchasing!

Hi.

I try to pre-order FC 24, the Ulitmate Edition. But when I do this, I get the known message, "Your request could not be processed.
We were unable to verify your credit or debit card. Please check your payment details and try again. Alternatively try another credit card or payment option or check with your card issuer or bank.".

I know I have right card information, and I have tried countless times.

Help me please, before 22nd of August!

    @TNP_Baggis,

    Do you have any other payment option you can try? It could be just a temporary issue, but if our app can't verify your payment information it might be a sign of something else. I don't suppose you got an error code to go along with the message itself?

    No, I don’t have any other payment method, and this have happened multiple times on the ea app. I can purchase other this on other launchers, but not ea app?
